Extract and Load your Data Using Loome Integrate
In this video, we'll guide you through the process of extracting and loading your data into Snowflake using Loome Integrate. Alex will create a Snowflake connection, show you how to add SnowSQL for your internal staging connection, and create a task that will extract and load CRM into Snowflake.
You can also read about a specific example of how to Extract and Load data on our blog.
Installing an Agent
Follow along with Alex as he guides you through the process of how to install an agent in Loome Integrate.
Think of the agent as the “worker” in Loome Integrate Online – it contains all the code which allows jobs to run. This is to replace the back end process of the previous version; we now allow easier data warehousing on multiple servers and hosts, due to the Agent’s ability to be installed on one tenant but across multiple locations.
Assets in Loome
Join Adam as he guides you through publishing and managing assets in Loome. Reports, connections, links and documents are all referred to as "assets" in the analytics portal. The process of publishing an "asset" whether it be an Excel file a Power BI report or a Tableau dashboard is a two step process supporting governed approval workflows.
Creating a staging area in SQL
This video will demonstrate how to extract and load your data into the staging area of your Data Warehouse in Microsoft SQL Server using Loome Integrate.
Alex will show you how to create a connection to your SQL Server Data Warehouse, and how to create a job and a task that will extract and load your business analytics data into your SQL Server Data Warehouse.
You can also read our blog post about how to use persistent staging in Loome.
Move beyond read-only reports to drive action from data using Loome
Loome Monitor is the newest addition to our Loome Software suite. It will alert you and your teammates about issues it finds in your data to improve your overall data quality and data governance. You can then provide context and feedback about these issues in Loome for your team leader. In this video, Mark and Adam will guide you on the few steps you need to create alerts.
